Position Overview

During the 18-month rotational C&S Leadership Development Program, you use the latest technological tools to solve business problems while learning hands-on how our $28 billion company works from the ground up. Your work matters — the tasks and projects you complete on a daily basis directly impact bottom line and overall future of the C&S. You will have many opportunities to develop your personal brand through a mix of hands-on project, training, mentoring and executive exposure. Specializations tailored to your career path. Launch your career at C&S in our multifunctional business program as you rotate through multiple business areas, such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Engineering, Warehouse Operations, Planning, and Finance.

Responsibilities

During a C&S Leadership Development program, you:

  • Build your career credentials while exploring career opportunities available at C&S

  • Learn leadership skills through hands-on work as you rotate through multiple business areas

  • Receive support from a mentor to reach your full leadership potential

  • Work on challenging and stimulating projects and tasks that directly impact C&S

  • Network with C&S leadership and other young professionals

  • Attend virtual and live training from executives and subject matter experts

  • Make a difference in the local community through company-sponsored service initiatives

Qualifications

  • Did you graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in the last three years or are graduating soon?

  • Do you often find yourself the leader of group, both formally and informally?

  • Do you want to learn first-hand how all aspects of a company work together?

  • Are you able to quickly understand a problem, analyze possible solutions, then decide the best course of action?

  • Is communicating and working collaboratively with others one of your strengths?

  • Are you eligible to work in the United States?

The Leadership Development Program is held at the C&S campus in Keene, NH. Your rotation assignments may include Jacksonville, FL; Hatfield, MA; Newburgh,NY; Bethlehem, PA; York, PA; and Mauldin, SC. You will live with other program participants in subsidized housing throughout the 18-month program.
