Position Overview

The Customer Integrator / Business Analyst will directly report to the Vice President, Sales for the West Coast providing high level customer specific and regional support for C&S West Coast Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Procurement and Financial Analyst Teams.

In addition, this position will support the Senior Vice President / General Manager on a regional basis, providing occasional support for special projects, critical initiatives and updates as requested.

This position will require high level engagement between departments and customers driving greater value for our retailers through faster communication on critical procurement topics, business financial analytics and customer training and development opportunities. Data integrity process management will also be a primary focus area for this position requiring managing individuals and project teams collaboratively to accomplish various departmental and regional goals. This position will require a demonstrated high level technical systems knowledge (specifically use of web based dashboards, internet navigation and usage, excel and data base management). The ideal candidate will interface between regional executives, retail owners, department managers, various departmental support personnel requiring a demonstrated proficiency in project management, interpersonal skills and supervisory/management experience in team environments. Minimal travel will be required to support the region in off-site meetings or the completion of various task/projects.

  • Holiday and Promotional Planning

  • Ad Planning Calls

  • Retail Account Manager Support in researching customer issues related to procurement

  • Coordinate data integrity meetings and project plans for improvement

  • Coordinate conference calls and appointments for retailer training and development activities

  • Responding to customer information request

  • Provide Ad item warnings to customers

  • New Item monitoring of set ups

  • SKU rationalization support

  • Dead, left over Ad inventory

  • New customer set up, analysis and data flow

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • BS in Business Management or related field preferred or equivalent experience

  • Two - Five years of experience in similar position.

  • High level of professionalism

  • Superior level communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong to expert level understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer

  • Strong to expert level understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Data Base Management

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision. High degree of organization and time management skills.

  • Previous demonstration support of senior level executives and preferably multiple executives on a regional level

  • Ability to manage confidential meetings/information at a high level is mandatory.

  • Ability to utilize an effective customer service approach to internal/external company interactions is mandatory

  • Ability to professionally represent company in customer business review meetings

  • Demonstration of sound personal and professional judgments
