Position Overview

We recognize how important it is to give customers great service, from the moment they enter the store until the final transaction takes place at checkout. If you enjoy interacting with and assisting others, you could be a Nell's Customer Service Representative!

As a Customer Service Representative , you will provide friendly and helpful customer service on the sales floor, answering questions and directing customers to aisles.

Responsibilities

  • General Office Duties - answering multi-line phones, data entry, filing, faxing, interoffice mail and copying

  • Looking up codes for stores

  • Mailing information material

  • Arranging pickups for stores

  • Price Checking

  • Assisting the Sales Department with any issues

  • Setting up late and early store deliveries

  • GCT 100 reports

  • Adding on items for shipment

  • Tag requests and making arrangements for customer deliveries

  • Special Projects and all other duties assigned

Performance Measurements:

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Maintain high level of phone etiquette and professional communication with internal and external customers

  • Ability to problem solve and resolve issues

  • Accuracy of tasks

Qualifications

  • High School diploma

  • One to three (1-3) months' related experience and/or training.

  • Able to read and interpret manuals, documents and memos

  • Able to communicate with customers and co-workers

  • Math skills: able to calculate figures and to apply common sense problem solving

  • Excellent customer service skills; must be outgoing and excited about serving our customers

  • Able to work with others and independently in order to complete tasks as directed by the management staff

  • Motivated to display exceptional quality of work; must be detail-oriented
