Position Overview

The C&S Leadership Development Program is an 18 month rotational program that offers executive exposure and a guided career path to driven recent college graduates. Through hands-on career development and learning, you will experience C&S at many levels. You will be exposed to various processes and roles throughout the organization, and will be looked to for analytical insights and suggestions for innovative changes that impact the business and influence the future.

This position will engage with peers, mentors, and managers to develop professional networks and establish a personal brand, and experience.

Upon successful completion of the rotational program, there will be opportunities to explore full-time opportunities that best parallels skills and desired career path.

Job Description

Description

  • Successfully complete projects and task assignments, aligned to the company's Strategic Growth Plan, under the direction of assigned rotation manager.

  • Complete assigned monthly development activities as well as the associated learning summary report and provide thoughtful insight during monthly meeting with program leader.

  • Meet with assigned mentor once a month focusing on development, gaining a better understanding of the business, and helping to achieve objectives.

  • Actively network and build connections within the business and the industry.

  • Actively participate in company sponsored service initiatives in the local community and through volunteer efforts.

Environment

  • Warehouse : Freezer (-20F to 0F)

  • Warehouse : Perishable Warehouse (28F to 60F)

  • Warehouse : Grocery Warehouse (50F to 90F)

  • Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)

Skills/ Experience

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal skills

  • Strong written and verbal communications

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and change priorities

  • Problem analysis, independent decision making, and analytical capabilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to travel, when necessary

  • Bachelors degree

  • Less than 3 years experience
