Position Overview

The Sr. Facilities Integrator connects corporate initiatives from different subject matter experts (MHE, Automation, Refrigeration, Fire Prevention, HVAC, and Electrical) into one cohesive, consistent process at each site.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Primary accountability and results for specific functions. Listed by order of importance. The list of essential functions is not exhaustive and may be supplemented or changed as necessary.

Maintenance Program Development, Execution & Enhancement:

Percent of Time – 35%

  • Work with Facilities leadership teams to identify and implement best practices

  • Measure effectiveness / compliance across the network and help lower performing sites improve

  • Suggest and implement program changes as necessary

  • Perform quality assurance audits at C&S facilities & report back to Department Leadership

  • Provide onsite leadership to the site Managers and Supervisors reviewing audit results and providing direction on next steps.

  • Monitor equipment maintenance performance and drive higher technician efficiency

Inventory Management:

Percent of Time – 35%

  • Ensure the most efficient, cost-effective ordering practices are set at each site

  • Review data from the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to improve inventory levels

  • Analyze parts usage, vendor choices, equipment maintenance practices and other data to determine and implement an appropriate spare parts inventory strategy

Major Business Change Implementation:

Percent of Time – 20%

  • For building startups, work with on-site teams to identify all assets and their associated OEM Manuals and load the data into the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

  • Work with local teams to set up parts rooms, maintenance shop layout, staging areas and work flow coordination

  • For building shutdowns, work with on-site teams to scrap, transfer or otherwise disposition equipment, spare parts, supplies and other items

  • Minimize financial losses for the company by identifying any valuable items that can be returned to vendors, transferred to other sites or sold at auction

Training:

Percent of Time – 10%

  • Develop and maintain training materials to support best business practices

  • Continuously review and improve existing training materials

  • Identify training opportunities and provide necessary training (through self or third parties)

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Travel to company locations, up to 60% of the time (30 weeks/year)

  • Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications

To perform at a proficient level and be fully qualified, a person would be expected to have:

  • Education (Minimum Needed): Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Experience (Minimum Needed): 5-10 years in each of the following: data analytics and reporting, large-scale multi-site CMMS, MHE, multi-million dollar inventory optimization, supervisory experience

  • Specialized Knowledge Needed For Performance of Job: Strong Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large spreadsheets, complex formulas and pivot tables.

  • Special Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking and prioritization.

  • Other: Self-starter, detail oriented, demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment
