Position Overview

The Diversity and Inclusion Manager will establish strategic diversity and inclusion direction and work collaboratively with leaders to develop transparent, meaningful and accessible training, tools, programming and resources to enable and support employees in their career journey. The role will be innovative and bring fresh ideas on inclusion strategies to strengthen the culture and engagement across the organization. Additionally, the Diversity & Inclusion Manager will partner with Talent Acquisition to develop strategies to achieve success in attracting top talent.

Description

  • Project Management: Design, develop, and implement D&I programs that create positive change and maximize the performance and engagement of our employees. Develop short & long-term D&I objectives in support of our strategic growth plan. Manage plans for specific D&I initiatives to ensure project/program timeliness and success. Report on metrics measuring the effectiveness of our D&I initiatives to ensure meaningful and actionable progress. Create and deliver D&I learning solutions that develop our employees, increase performance, and boost our core values

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Build and manage executive relationships to increase support and adoption of D&I initiatives. Provide oversight and resources for employee resource groups (ERGs) so they can maximize their contributions and impact on the organization. Work closely with the HR Center of Excellence teams to ensure inclusion and diversity strategies are fully embedded in all people related processes
