The Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner(HRBP) role;will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders to design and implement Talent Strategies that enable business units to deliver results; The position will influence senior leaders to address complex people and organizational design and development challenges.The Senior Director, HRBP will be responsible for providing HR Consulting and problem-solving solutions to the business, for multiple functions and/or locations and define business requirements to aid in the development and execution o a human resource plan that is aligned to the business strategy and organizational goals.The role will work strategically and hands-on to deliver results for the business/functional groups. A Senior Director, HR Business Partner engages and leverages the resources of the broader HR organization to enable the execution of this strategy, including leveraging the functional expertise and resources of the Centers of Expertise (COE's) and HR Operations Center.
Design and implement a Talent Strategy that supports the vision, purpose and strategy of supported business units Play a critical role in embedding a talent management mindset and executing a talent agenda that aligns with critical business priorities
Participate in the annual talent review process and partner with business leadership and COE's to create Individual Development Plans and functional talent review action plans
Advance diversity and inclusion efforts for the business
Lead a diverse team of HR Business Partners to support a large, complex and geographically dispersed business unit(s)
Partner with senior-level leaders, serve as a trusted advisor on any people, organizational, or capability implications of the company's business strategy
Serve as a key contributor to the Operations Review Committee
Work strategically and in partnership with the business to develop and implement focused workforce strategies to ensure alignment with both business and HR objectives
Identify key business trends and work in partnership with HR cross-functional resources to develop solutions, programs and policies to aid in achievement of organizational goals
Drive key HR initiatives including talent management, training, succession planning, performance management, and salary reviews
Specialized Knowledge : Knowledge of HR related laws and regulations
Special Skills : Demonstrated ability influencing the business strategy and shaping HR strategic direction; Demonstrated leadership with the ability to establish credibility and influence a broad range of people at all levels within the organization; Effective communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and presentation skills; Ability to work collaboratively across divisions, functions and levels; Highly developed project management, analytical and organizational abilities; ability to use data to inform insights; Ability to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality; Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment with competing and changing priorities; Drive to deliver outstanding results across the organization; Well-developed business acumen; Strong internal and external customer service focus
